  1. This program is emailware. If you like it send me a message at milesmi@uclink4.berkeley.edu. Also look for FrameWork, a WYSIWYG html
  2. frame editor that should be out in the beginning of July 1996 if all goes
  3. as planned. If you're interested in picking up a beta copy of that, send me
  4. a message and I'd be happy to send it to you for testing purposes.

  6. Also for you easter egg buffs, if you have the "finder help" file in your
  7. extensions folder, try turning balloon help on and dragging the cursor over 
  8. the Connect4 application icon. 
  9.  
  10. This is a connect 4 game with many options, different board sizes, various levels of difficultly, a tough computer opponent, nice graphics and a 
  11. few other surprises, try it out. I'm sure you'll like it.

  15. -- Couple speed improvements, most noticable on slower machines during the     
  16.     animations
  17. -- Reduced ram requirements, although the program needs about 1200K if you're 
  18.     running in millions of colors, that number will go down to about 700K if 
  19.     you're running in thousands and about 200K in 256 color mode. 
  20. -- The size of the application has been reduced by around 100K
  21. -- Numerous other little bug fixes, memory leaks, etc. The program should now
  22.     be very stable on any computer running system 7

  33. -- This will probably be the last release of this program for a while. I may
  34.     release one final version that improves the computer's speed slighty, but

  45. This program may be freely uploaded to ftp sites, included on shareware cd-roms, bbs's, and  modified for international use (i.e graphics with
  46. different langages, etc.). All I ask is that you send me a letter notifying 
  47. me that you plan to alter the program or include it on a cd-rom.
